We know, the waiting is the hardest part! Luckily, you have two options for tracking your order:
1. check your shipping confirmation email from five and click on the tracking number there.
2. login to your account via our site, click on the order in your history and then click “track shipment”. this will link you to UPS’s tracking service, where you can peep the progress of the shipment. 👀
tracking not updating? trust the process– sometimes it takes a few days for packages to get scanned, don't worry! If you still don't see updates after 4 business days, let us know!
